- United Van Lines and Mayflower Transit are an alternative to America’s railroads for customers moving their belongings across the country.
1950s/60s

United Van Lines International and Mayflower Transit International are formed to support America’s government and military activities throughout the world.
1988
- UniGroup, Inc. is formed to consolidate and leverage “back office” support functions for all companies.
1996

UniGroup consolidates the two international operating companies to create one of the world’s largest specialised moving and freight forwarding company, UniGroup Worldwide, Inc.
2007
- UniGroup Worldwide acquires existing and fully operational moving and storage facilities in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
2012

UniGroup Worldwide opens an office in Japan to meet the growing services needed in this region.
2019
- The MOBILITAS Group acquires the Beijing, Chengdu, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Japan and Singapore UniGroup Worldwide branches under the name UniGroup Asia.
