User information

When you contact us for a quote using the Asia United Group sites, you will be asked to provide certain information, including but not limited to a valid email address.

In addition to the general conditions regarding the protection of personal data which are available on the Asia United Group sites, we inform you and you accept that Asia United Group can connect to third parties on an anonymous basis, and certain information will be collected through your quote request form and passed on to third parties. Asia United Group will not disclose to any third party your name, address, email address, or phone number without your prior consent except when necessary to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. Asia United Group reserves the right to offer services or products of others based on the preferences you indicate in your application at any time.

General

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any claim concerning these Terms of Use. If any provision hereof is declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of other provisions of the Terms which shall remain in force. No waiver of any provision of the Terms of Use shall constitute a further or continuing waiver to this provision or any other provision.
